Here is the list of collective bargining agreements the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has with various Unions. The Governor of Pennsylvania is responsible for negotiating state union contracts. At the local level collective bargaining agreements are negotiated by individual school districts, counties, and municipalities. Most of the state-level Union contracts have the unconstitutional maintenance-of-membership provision inside them (see union security provision).
